An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Legal Secretary to join a supportive and professional legal team based between Marlow and Beaconsfield. This role is ideal for someone with experience in a law setting who is looking to develop their career in a friendly and collaborative environment.

About the Role

As a Legal Secretary, you will:

  • Provide high-quality administrative and secretarial support to solicitors
  • Prepare and proofread legal documents, correspondence, and court forms
  • Manage diaries, appointments, and client communications efficiently
  • Work closely with colleagues to ensure smooth workflow and excellent client service

No previous family law experience is required, though it would be advantageous. The team will provide guidance and support to help you grow in your role.

About You

You will have:

  • Previous experience working in a legal environment
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • A proactive and team-oriented approach
  • Confidence using legal software and MS Office
