Hourly rate - £18.00 Umbrella

Sellick Partnership Ltd are assisting a well-established housing association with the recruitment of a Lettings Officer to be responsible for ensuring a high standard of customer service with a focus on resident and community wellbeing.

The ideal candidate will have experience of working within a lettings environment with experience of allocations and/or terminations.

Job duties for the Lettings Officer

• Working in a fast paced lettings team,
• Holding a caseload of allocations at various stages
• Processing terminations of tenancy,
• Advertising homes for let,
• Shortlisting from a choice based lettings system (Shropshire Homepoint)
• Completing allocation checks and verification,
• Dealing with customer queries via phone or email.
• Scheduling affordability checks and sign-ups.

Experience required for the role:

• Excellent organisation skills
• Attention to detail
• Accurate record keeping
