Sellick Partnership are pleased to be assisting a well-regarded local authority based in the South East of England to recruit a Locum Adult Social Care Lawyer to start from July.

About the Locum Adult Social Care Lawyer role:

To start 20th July, for 3-6 months initially with potential for further extension

Fully remote working can be accommodated

Full time hours

You will be part of an excellent legal team, providing legal advice and conducting case work, predominantly in relation to Court of Protection and mental capacity, and Adult Social Care more generally.

££ negotiable

Candidate criteria

We are looking for an experienced solicitor or barrister who has:

  • Good knowledge and experience of ASC/mental capacity law and practice;
  • Ability to provide prompt and accurate legal advice
  • Clarity in both written and oral communications
  • Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of personnel /organisations
  • Ability to work within a team and, when necessary, independently
