Key Responsibilities of a Commercial Contracts Lawyer:

  • Drafting, negotiation and completion of commercial contracts/tender documentation
  • Grant and funding agreements
  • ASC contracts
  • Handling cases on public procurement
  • ICT contracts and goods and services contracts

Desirable Skills and Requirements of a Commercial Contracts Lawyer:

  • Previous experience handling commercial contracts
  • Previous experience working in the public sector/local authorities
