About the Role:
- Sellick Partnership is looking for a Commercial Lawyer to join a large public sector on a remote working basis with occasional office attendance. This is an exciting opportunity to join a competent team.
Key Responsibilities of a Commercial Lawyer:
- This role focuses on project work relating to transport and developments
- Dealing with high value, multi-million pound commercial contracts
- Handling cases on public procurement
- Dealing with subsidy control and the occasional NEC/JCT
Desirable Skills and Requirements of a Commercial Lawyer:
- Looking for someone senior and strategic
- Previous experience handling commercial contracts and ideally project experience
- Previous experience working in the public sector
- Occasional attendance to the office is desirable
