Sellick Partnership is excited to be working with a well-regarded local authority in the North West who are seeking a Commercial Paralegal to join their legal team on a locum basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced paralegal to gain exposure to a broad range of commercial and procurement-related matters within a supportive team
Key Responsibilities
- To support solicitors across a wide variety of commercial legal matters
- Drafting, reviewing and collating commercial contracts, deeds, grant agreements and associated documentation
- Assisting solicitors with public procurement exercises
- Conducting legal research
- Reviewing cases, responding to general enquiries
- Assisting with Freedom of Information requests
