Sellick Partnership are looking for a Commercial Contracts Lawyer to join a large local authority on a remote working basis in the West Midlands. This is an exciting opportunity to join a friendly and experienced team, and something that could turn into a long-term opportunity.
Key Responsibilities of a Commercial Contracts Lawyer:
- Drafting, negotiation and completion of commercial contracts/tender documentation
- Public procurement matters
- Subsidy Control
- Dealing with contracts for large-scale projects
Desirable Skills and Requirements of a Commercial Contracts Lawyer:
- Previous experience handling commercial contracts
- Previous experience working in the public sector/local authorities
This role can be worked outside of IR35 or through an umbrella company and is on a remote working basis.
