Childcare Lawyer

About the Role:
Sellick Partnership is looking for a Locum Childcare Lawyer to join a competent local authority team on a hybrid or remote working basis. This is a really exciting opportunity for any permanent candidates who are looking to step into the locum market, as they are looking to appoint someone to start in November.
Key Responsibilities of a Childcare Lawyer:
- To advise upon and conduct proceedings relating to the protection and care of children
- To competently carry a mixed caseload of public childcare matters
- Court attendance is desirable, both frequently or on occasion
Desirable Skills and Requirements of a Childcare Lawyer:
- Previous experience working in the public sector/local authorities
- Previous experience handling a mixed caseload of childcare matters
