Management Accountant | Manchester | £45,000 - £55,000
Sellick Partnership is delighted to be recruiting a Management Accountant on behalf of an ambitious PE-backed manufacturing business headquartered in Trafford Park, Manchester, with a turnover in excess of £90m and a strong, profitable track record.
This is a brilliant opportunity for a newly qualified accountant who wants to make the move from practice into a high-calibre, commercially driven finance function. The finance leadership team has all come through practice themselves - so they understand exactly where you're coming from and are invested in helping you make that transition successfully.
Working closely with the Financial Controller, you'll play a hands-on role in month-end reporting, margin analysis and business partnering with operational teams, as well as contributing to a live finance transformation programme that includes automation and Power BI development.
What we are looking for:
- Newly qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA - all qualifications considered
- Ideally, from a practice background, looking for their first or second industry move
- Strong technical grounding with an eye for process improvement
- Curious, driven and comfortable engaging with non-finance stakeholders
- Exposure to manufacturing, stock or WIP accounting is a bonus
This is a 5 days/week office-based role with flexibility, offering a salary of £45,000 - £55,000 and genuine career progression within a growing, profitable and acquisition-focused business.
