Senior Construction Solicitor (5+ PQE) - Non-Contentious

A long-standing client, a highly regarded Top 100 UK law firm, is looking for a Senior Associate to join its top-ranked Construction team in London, specialising in non-contentious matters.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced construction solicitor to take the next step in their career within a leading team, working on high-quality, complex projects for a broad client base.

The successful candidate will play a key role in advising on a wide range of non-contentious construction matters, working closely with partners and clients across a variety of sectors.

Key responsibilities include:

Advising on and drafting construction documentation, including building contracts, development agreements and professional appointments

Supporting clients on large-scale development and infrastructure projects

Providing strategic advice on risk allocation and procurement routes

Working closely with developers, contractors, funders and consultants

Managing your own caseload while contributing to wider team initiatives

I am keen to speak with someone who:

Has 5+ years' PQE in non-contentious construction law

Demonstrates strong technical expertise and commercial awareness

Has experience working on high-value, complex construction projects

Enjoys building strong client relationships and delivering practical advice

Is proactive, driven and capable of working within a high-performing team
