A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Newly Qualified Solicitor to join a highly ranked, Legal 500 recognised Commercial Property team in Leeds, starting this September.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading national practice known for its high-quality work, collaborative culture and genuine commitment to career progression.

The Commercial Property team forms part of a wider, highly regarded Real Estate offering and is led by three experienced Partners, supported by a group of around 25 lawyers and professionals. The team advises on a broad range of commercial property matters for an impressive and varied client base, providing excellent exposure to high-quality work at the outset of your career.

What the role will involve:

  • Advising on a wide range of commercial property matters, including acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant work, and development projects

  • Supporting senior lawyers and Partners on complex transactions while taking responsibility for your own matters

  • Working closely with clients to build strong, lasting relationships

  • Contributing to a collaborative and supportive team environment

The ideal candidate:

  • A soon-to-qualify or Newly Qualified Solicitor (September start)
  • Experience in Commercial Property gained during training
  • Strong technical ability with excellent drafting and communication skills
  • A proactive and organised approach, with the ability to manage competing deadlines
  • A genuine interest in developing a long-term career in Commercial Property
