A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Newly Qualified Solicitor to join a highly ranked, Legal 500 recognised Commercial Property team in Leeds, starting this September.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading national practice known for its high-quality work, collaborative culture and genuine commitment to career progression.
The Commercial Property team forms part of a wider, highly regarded Real Estate offering and is led by three experienced Partners, supported by a group of around 25 lawyers and professionals. The team advises on a broad range of commercial property matters for an impressive and varied client base, providing excellent exposure to high-quality work at the outset of your career.
What the role will involve:
Advising on a wide range of commercial property matters, including acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant work, and development projects
Supporting senior lawyers and Partners on complex transactions while taking responsibility for your own matters
Working closely with clients to build strong, lasting relationships
Contributing to a collaborative and supportive team environment
The ideal candidate:
- A soon-to-qualify or Newly Qualified Solicitor (September start)
- Experience in Commercial Property gained during training
- Strong technical ability with excellent drafting and communication skills
- A proactive and organised approach, with the ability to manage competing deadlines
- A genuine interest in developing a long-term career in Commercial Property
