The Opportunity

You will join a well-established Commercial team, working closely with experienced lawyers on a broad range of commercial matters. The role offers excellent client exposure from the outset and the opportunity to develop strong technical and commercial expertise.

Key Responsibilities

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements
• Advising clients on day-to-day commercial and contractual matters
• Supporting on complex commercial transactions and projects
• Assisting clients across a variety of sectors, including technology, professional services, and commercial businesses
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Collaborating with colleagues across the wider business services teams
• Contributing to business development and networking activities

About You

• Newly Qualified Solicitor, or due to qualify shortly
• Experience gained within a Commercial Law seat during training
• Strong drafting and analytical skills
• Commercially aware with a pragmatic approach to problem-solving
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills
• Enthusiastic, ambitious, and eager to develop your career in Commercial Law
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
