We are currently working with a Legal 500 ranked law firm that is looking to recruit a Dispute Resolution Solicitor to join their high-performing team in Grimsby. This is an excellent opportunity for an NQ-5 PQE solicitor to work on a broad range of high-quality litigation matters for regional, national, and international clients, while developing their career within a supportive and well-established team.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Manage a varied caseload of dispute resolution matters, including commercial litigation, property disputes, and will and trust disputes.
  • Provide practical and commercially focused advice to a diverse client base across a wide range of sectors.
  • Handle matters through all stages of the litigation process, ensuring excellent client service throughout.
  • Advise clients on dispute resolution strategies, including alternative dispute resolution where appropriate.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues on complex and high-value litigation matters.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through clear communication and proactive advice.
  • Keep up to date with developments in litigation and civil procedure to ensure the highest standards of legal advice.
  • Contribute to business development initiatives and support the continued growth of the Disputes & Regulatory team.

The successful candidate:

  • NQ-5 years' PQE with experience in dispute resolution matters.
  • Exposure to will and trust disputes, commercial litigation, and/or property disputes.
  • Good working knowledge of the Civil Procedure Rules and alternative dispute resolution.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong client relationships.
  • Commercially aware, with a proactive and solution-focused approach to client matters.
  • Adaptable, organised, and able to manage a varied workload effectively.
  • A collaborative team player with a genuine desire to develop their career within a highly regarded litigation team.
