Looking to start your Employment Law career with a firm that combines high-quality work with genuine support and development?
A well-known and highly regarded Eastbourne law firm is looking to recruit a Newly Qualified Employment Solicitor to join its growing team. With a strong presence across the local market and an excellent reputation, this is a fantastic opportunity to gain exposure to a broad range of employment matters from day one.
Working alongside experienced Employment Solicitors, you'll advise both employers and employees on a wide variety of contentious and non-contentious employment law matters. The team regularly handles complex disputes, high-profile matters and landmark cases, providing excellent training and exposure for a junior lawyer looking to build a successful career in Employment Law.
The Role:
- Advising employers and employees on a broad range of employment matters
- Supporting on contentious and non-contentious work
- Assisting with Employment Tribunal claims and workplace disputes
- Advising on contracts, policies, disciplinary and grievance issues
- Working closely with experienced lawyers on complex and high-profile cases
- Building strong client relationships and developing your technical expertise
About You:
- Newly Qualified Solicitor or due to qualify shortly
- Strong interest in Employment Law
- Excellent communication and client-care skills
- Strong academic background and attention to detail
- Ambitious and keen to develop within a respected team
