An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Real Estate Solicitor to join a well-regarded, Legal 500 recognised law firm based in Reading. This role offers exposure to high-quality work within a supportive and collaborative team environment.
You will work on a broad range of commercial property matters, supporting senior lawyers while also managing your own caseload. The role provides the chance to develop your expertise across a variety of transactions and build strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Handling a range of commercial real estate matters, including acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant work, and property finance
Drafting and negotiating leases, licences, and related documentation
Supporting on more complex transactions and development work
Liaising with clients, agents, lenders, and other third parties
Ensuring files are managed efficiently and in line with regulatory requirements
Requirements:
Qualified solicitor with experience in commercial real estate (typically 1-3 years' PQE)
Strong technical knowledge and a keen interest in property law
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Ability to manage a varied workload and meet deadlines
A proactive and team-oriented approach
