NQ Real Estate Solicitor

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Real Estate Solicitor to join a well-regarded, Legal 500 recognised law firm based in Reading. This role offers exposure to high-quality work within a supportive and collaborative team environment.

You will work on a broad range of commercial property matters, supporting senior lawyers while also managing your own caseload. The role provides the chance to develop your expertise across a variety of transactions and build strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling a range of commercial real estate matters, including acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant work, and property finance

• Drafting and negotiating leases, licences, and related documentation

• Supporting on more complex transactions and development work

• Liaising with clients, agents, lenders, and other third parties

• Ensuring files are managed efficiently and in line with regulatory requirements

Requirements:

• Qualified solicitor with experience in commercial real estate (typically 1-3 years' PQE)

• Strong technical knowledge and a keen interest in property law

• Excellent communication and organisational skills

• Ability to manage a varied workload and meet deadlines

• A proactive and team-oriented approach
