Well-Established Local Firm | Eastbourne £40,000 + Benefits
This is an excellent opportunity for a Newly Qualified Real Estate Solicitor to join a respected and well-known law firm with a strong reputation across Eastbourne and the surrounding area.
Due to continued growth, the firm is looking to strengthen its Real Estate team with the addition of an ambitious NQ Solicitor who is keen to build their career within a supportive and collaborative environment.
You'll have access to immediate, high-quality work from an established client base, including regular instructions generated through the firm's membership on the commercial property panels of two major banks. This provides an excellent platform for developing your expertise across a broad range of commercial and real estate matters from day one.
The Role:
- Working on a varied caseload of real estate and commercial property matters
- Advising a broad client base, including businesses, investors and developers
- Exposure to high-quality transactions and bank panel work
- Working closely alongside experienced lawyers with strong local market presence
- Building long-term client relationships and contributing to the continued success of the team
About You:
- Newly Qualified Solicitor or due to qualify shortly
- Strong interest in Real Estate and Commercial Property
- Good technical ability and excellent attention to detail
- Ambitious, commercially minded and eager to develop your career
- Strong communication and client-facing skills
