Junior Pensions Solicitor - Birmingham
Salary: £70,000-£80,000
A top-tier, nationally recognised law firm with an outstanding reputation for its pensions practice is seeking a Junior Pensions Solicitor to join its highly regarded team in Birmingham.
This is an exceptional opportunity to join a firm widely known for the quality of its work, collaborative culture, and commitment to developing junior lawyers, offering exposure to complex, high-value pensions matters from the outset.
The Role
You will work closely with leading partners and senior lawyers on a broad range of pensions matters, including:
- Advising trustees and employers on occupational pension schemes
- Scheme governance and compliance
- Pensions aspects of corporate transactions
- Regulatory and advisory work
You will gain hands-on experience and play an active role in delivering high-quality advice to a prestigious client base.
About You
- Qualified Solicitor (NQ-2 PQE) with experience in pensions law (or strong seat experience)
- Strong academic background
- Excellent analytical and drafting skills
- A proactive and collaborative approach
