An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Serious Injury Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to join a well-established and highly regarded claimant personal injury team based in Doncaster.

This role is suited to an experienced serious injury practitioner looking to manage a varied caseload of complex personal injury matters while working as part of a collaborative and supportive team. You'll handle claims from initial instruction through to settlement or trial, working alongside experienced colleagues, counsel and medical experts to secure the best possible outcomes for clients.

This is a hybrid position, with two days per week based in the Doncaster office.

What you'll be doing:

  • Managing your own caseload of serious injury claims from instruction through to settlement or trial.
  • Delivering high-quality legal advice while providing exceptional client care throughout each stage of the claim.
  • Preparing legal documentation and liaising with counsel, medical experts and other stakeholders to progress matters efficiently.
  • Supporting the wider team through knowledge sharing, business development initiatives and maintaining high compliance and service standards.

About you:

  • Qualified Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive (CILEX) or equivalent experience, with a background in serious injury or claimant personal injury matters.
  • Confident managing your own caseload independently, including experience of multi-track litigation.
  • Strong organisational, communication and client care skills, with the ability to support vulnerable clients with empathy and professionalism.
  • Commercially minded, detail-oriented and committed to delivering excellent outcomes while meeting departmental targets.
