Sellick Partnership are delighted to be supporting a local authority in the East Midlands with the permanent recruitment to a Principal Planning Lawyer post. Our client is offering a competitive salary, local government pension, flexible working policies and much more!
The successful Principal Planning Lawyer will take on a varied planning law caseload, including, but not limited to:
- Section 106 agreements
- Highways agreements, including s.38 and s.278
- Public rights of way
- Planning enforcements
- Planning Committees
The Principal Planning Lawyer role wold be suited to someone who is looking for the next step in their career or potentially a side aways move out of private practice and into local government.
