Private Client Fee Earner

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Private Client Fee Earner to join a busy and well-established high street law practice. The role involves managing a varied caseload across private client matters, including wills, probate, trusts, powers of attorney, and estate administration.
You will advise clients on a range of legal issues, draft legal documents, conduct client meetings, and liaise with third parties such as HMRC, banks, and financial advisors. The role requires maintaining accurate client records and ensuring compliance with legal regulations, while providing excellent client service.
To be considered, you should have a minimum of 5 years' PQE (candidates with relevant skills and potential may also be considered) and strong experience in probate, wills, trusts, and estate administration. Excellent communication skills, a client-focused approach, and the ability to manage a busy caseload independently and as part of a team are essential.
