Private Client Solicitor (3-5 PQE)

Sellick Partnership is working with a highly regarded law firm in Manchester, seeking a Private Client Solicitor to join their growing and collaborative team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a newly qualified or early-career solicitor to gain hands-on experience across a broad range of private client matters. You'll be joining a supportive environment where you'll work closely with senior lawyers and develop your technical expertise with high-quality clients.

Key Responsibilities

Managing a varied caseload under supervision, including:

• Drafting wills and lasting powers of attorney
• Probate and estate administration
• Inheritance tax planning and trusts
• Potential exposure to Court of Protection work
• Supporting senior solicitors on complex files
• Providing a high standard of client care and communication
• Assisting with marketing and business development initiatives
• Building strong working relationships with clients and intermediaries

About You

• Qualified Solicitor (3-5 years' PQE) with private client experience
• Strong technical grounding and willingness to learn
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Client-focused, well-organised, and proactive
• STEP qualification (or interest in pursuing it) is an advantage
