Project Manager required for one of our not for profit organisations to manage end-to-end delivery of digital transformation projects, ensuring delivery to agreed scope, time, cost and quality. Apply recognised project management methodologies and develop and maintain robust project documentation.

Duties & Responsibilities.

  • Track and manage dependencies across multiple workstreams and programmes.
  • Work collaboratively with clinical, operational, digital and corporate stakeholders to ensure solutions meet user needs.
  • Facilitate workshops, design sessions and stakeholder engagement sessions.
  • Translate clinical and operational requirements into deliverable digital solutions.
  • Support change management and adoption of digital systems and new ways of working.
  • Identify, assess and manage risks and issues, escalating where appropriate.
  • Ensure projects adhere to governance frameworks and reporting cycles.
  • Support programme boards and steering groups with accurate, timely reporting.
  • Ensure information governance, data protection and cyber security requirements are met.
  • Support budget management, forecasting and financial controls for digital projects.
  • Manage supplier relationships and third-party deliverables where required.
  • Ensure value for money and benefits realisation.
  • Provide project management expertise and advice across the organisation.
  • Support junior project staff or project officers where required.

Experience

  • Significant experience managing complex projects in a large, multi‑stakeholder organisation
  • Experience delivering digital, IT or transformation projects
  • Experience of working within the public sector
  • Managing project risks, issues, finances and reporting
  • Stakeholder engagement at operational and senior management level

Knowledge & Skills

  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills
  • Ability to manage ambiguity and change in complex environments
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
  • Understanding of digital strategy and transformation agendas
