An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Newly Qualified to 3 years' PQE Solicitor to join a well-regarded Property Development team within a leading regional law firm, recognised in the Legal 500.

You will work on a range of residential development matters, including site acquisitions and disposals, development agreements, and general property transactions, supporting senior lawyers while developing your own caseload.

The role involves drafting and negotiating documents, carrying out due diligence, and liaising with clients and third parties to ensure transactions run smoothly.

To be considered, you will be a qualified Solicitor in England and Wales with up to 3 years' PQE and experience in real estate or property development. Strong drafting skills, attention to detail, and a commercial approach are essential.
