Built on a modern, client-focused approach, we work closely with lenders, investors, and developers to deliver high-quality, commercially driven legal solutions. As a growing practice, they offer an exciting opportunity to join at an early stage and play a key role in shaping our future.

The Role

They're seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Real Estate Finance Paralegal to support our legal team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their career in property finance within a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assisting with a range of real estate finance transactions, including acquisitions and refinancing
  • Drafting and reviewing legal documents, including loan agreements, security documents, and reports on title
  • Conducting legal research and due diligence
  • Managing files from instruction through to completion
  • Liaising with clients, lenders, and third parties
  • Handling Land Registry applications and post-completion matters
  • Providing general administrative support to fee earners

About You

  • Previous experience as a paralegal, ideally within real estate or banking/finance
  • Strong understanding of property law principles (commercial property experience preferred)
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive, with a willingness to learn and grow within the role
