Senior Associate - Real Estate
Sellick Partnership is working with a top-tier Legal 500 firm seeking a Senior Associate to join their expanding Real Estate team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on complex, high-value transactions across a broad client base including developers, investors, and corporate occupiers.
The Role
- Lead on a wide range of commercial property matters, including acquisitions, disposals, leases, and development projects.
- Work closely with planning, construction, and finance teams on integrated transactions.
- Support business development and grow client relationships.
- Supervise junior lawyers and contribute to team leadership.
About You
- 5+ PQE with solid commercial property experience.
- Confident managing complex transactions and direct client relationships.
- Strong technical, drafting, and commercial skills.
- A team player with a proactive, collaborative approach.
