Sellick Partnership are happy to be supporting a well-established and highly regarded law firm in Leicester with the recruitment of an experienced Real Estate Solicitor.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative and growing real estate team, handling a varied and high-quality caseload across commercial property transactions, acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant matters, development work and asset management.

You will work closely with a diverse client base, providing clear, commercial advice and taking responsibility for your own matters. The role also offers the opportunity to contribute to business development initiatives and support the continued growth of the firm's real estate practice in the Leicester market.

About you:

• Qualified Solicitor with solid experience in Real Estate / Commercial Property.

• Confident managing your own caseload with minimal supervision.

• Strong technical knowledge across commercial property transactions and landlord & tenant matters.

• Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.

• Commercial, proactive and solutions-focused approach.

• Strong interest in business development and developing client relationships.
