Residential Conveyancing Locum - Warwickshire
Start: ASAP | Ad Hoc Holiday Cover Throughout the Year
We are currently seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancing Locum to provide ongoing holiday cover for a busy and well-regarded legal team in Warwickshire.
The Role
This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and detail-oriented locum to support a dynamic property team on an ad hoc basis. You will be stepping in to provide cover during holiday periods, ensuring continuity of service across a varied residential conveyancing caseload.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing or assisting with a caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion
- Handling sales, purchases, transfers of equity, and remortgages
- Drafting legal documents and correspondence
- Liaising with clients, agents, lenders, and third parties
- Maintaining progress on files and meeting key deadlines during cover periods
Requirements
- Previous experience in residential conveyancing is essential
- Ability to hit the ground running with minimal supervision
- Flexibility to cover various holiday dates throughout the year
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and client care skills
Contract Details
- Start: ASAP
- Duration: Ad hoc assignments throughout the year (holiday cover)
- Location: Warwickshire
- Competitive hourly rate
