An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Residential Property Fee Earner to join a busy and expanding property team. The role involves managing your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, and new build properties.

You will be responsible for maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, and liaising with clients, lenders, agents, and other solicitors to progress matters efficiently. Accurate file management and effective use of case management systems are also essential.

To be considered, you should have a minimum of 2 years' PQE (candidates with relevant skills and potential may also be considered) and a thorough understanding of the conveyancing process. Strong organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team, are essential.
