Overview

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Residential Property Solicitor to join a busy and expanding Residential Property team based in Leicester. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated solicitor with at least 4 years' PQE who is looking to play a key role in the continued growth of a thriving department.

Joining a collaborative team, you will manage a varied and high-quality residential property caseload while helping to strengthen the firm's presence within the Leicester market. The role offers an excellent platform for career progression within a supportive and professional environment.

Key responsibilities

• Managing a broad caseload of residential property transactions from instruction through to completion.

• Advising clients on a full range of residential conveyancing matters, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, transfers of equity and remortgages.

• Delivering exceptional client service throughout the transaction process.

• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with local introducers and referrers.

• Contributing to the continued growth of the Residential Property team through business development and networking.

• Working collaboratively with colleagues to deliver a high standard of service.

• Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal procedures.

Required experience

• Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 4 years' PQE in Residential Property.

• Strong technical knowledge across a broad range of residential conveyancing matters.

• Experience managing a busy and varied caseload independently.

• Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.

• Proactive approach to business development and networking.

• Stable career history demonstrating continued professional development.

• Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
