Sellick Partnership is working with a well-regarded law firm in Shrewsbury, seeking a Residential Property Solicitor or Conveyancer to join their busy and growing conveyancing team.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced conveyancer to handle a high-quality residential caseload within a supportive and client-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing a full residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to completion
Sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties
Re-mortgages and transfer of equity matters
Liaising with clients, agents, lenders, and third parties
Ensuring a high standard of client care throughout transactions
Supporting the wider team as required

About You:

Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or experienced fee earner
Strong background in residential property/conveyancing
Confident managing your own caseload independently
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Client-focused, efficient, and detail-oriented approach
