About the Role:
- Sellick Partnership is looking for a Senior Adult Social Care Lawyer to join a large local authority team on a remote working basis. This is an exciting opportunity to join our well-respected and competent team.
Key Responsibilities of a Senior Adult Social Care Lawyer include:
- Supervising 2 solicitors and 3 paralegals
- Managing a caseload of a range of ASC matters
- To advise on sensitive ASC matters
- Deprivation of Liberty (DOLs)
- Court of Protection (COP)
Desirable Skills and Requirements of a Senior Adult Social Care Lawyer:
- Previous experience working in Adult Social Care
- Previous management/supervisory experience is desired
- Previous experience working in the public sector/local authorities
