An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Legal PA to join a well-regarded international law firm in London. This is a partner-facing role, working 1-to-1 with a senior Employment Partner, offering real involvement in the day-to-day running of matters, exposure to senior stakeholders, and the opportunity to become a trusted, integral part of a successful legal team.
This role would suit a confident, proactive Legal PA who enjoys working closely with a Partner, taking ownership, and being relied upon to keep things running smoothly in a fast-paced, professional environment.
The Role
As a Senior Legal PA, you will play a key role in supporting a senior Employment Partner and other senior fee earners, acting as a central point of coordination and ensuring everything runs efficiently behind the scenes. Your responsibilities will include:
Providing high-level PA support on a 1-to-1 basis with an Employment Partner
Managing busy and complex diaries, meetings and competing priorities
Acting as a first point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders
Supporting the smooth progression of legal matters, including compliance and administration
Assisting with billing, WIP and financial processes
Coordinating domestic and international travel
Supporting business development activity, client events and presentations
Working closely with internal support teams to deliver a seamless, high-quality service
About You
Experienced Senior Legal PA (or strong Legal PA ready to step up); law firm experience preferred but not essential
Comfortable working closely with Partners and senior stakeholders on a daily basis
Highly organised, detail-focused and confident managing multiple priorities
Professional, discreet and assured in a client-facing environment
Strong IT skills with the ability to adapt quickly to new systems
A proactive, collaborative team player who enjoys being involved and adding value
