Senior Legal PA - Commercial/Employment
Salary: £45,000 - £48,000

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Legal PA to join a highly regarded, top-tier law firm (recognised in the Legal 500) within its dynamic Legal Support Services team. These roles support senior stakeholders within either the Commercial or Employment teams, offering a fast-paced and varied position at the heart of the business.

You will provide high-level, proactive support to Partners and senior fee earners, playing a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Acting as a first point of contact, managing calls, correspondence, and client interactions with professionalism

  • Complex diary management, including coordinating international travel and scheduling across multiple time zones

  • Supporting billing processes, expenses, WIP management, and financial administration

  • Assisting with matter lifecycle management, including onboarding, compliance checks, and archiving

  • Preparing documents, reports, and presentations to a high standard

  • Supporting business development activities and client relationship management

  • Liaising with internal teams to ensure efficient workflow and delivery

About You

  • Proven experience as a Legal PA or in a similar role within a professional services environment

  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities

  • Strong communication skills with a confident and proactive approach

  • Technically proficient with strong IT skills

  • Discreet and professional, with experience handling confidential information

  • A collaborative team player with a flexible and positive attitude
