An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Private Client Solicitor to join a highly regarded Private Client team.

This role offers the opportunity to take on a senior position within a well-established and growing department, working with a high-quality client base while playing a key role in the development of both the team and the wider practice. What will you be doing?

You'll advise on a broad range of private client matters, including:

  • Wills and estate planning.
  • Probate and estate administration.
  • Trust creation and administration.
  • Lasting Powers of Attorney.
  • Inheritance tax planning.
  • Succession planning for high-net-worth individuals.

You'll also lead and support junior members of the team, oversee workflow, maintain and develop strong client relationships, and contribute to the strategic growth of the department.

  • Qualified Solicitor with 8+ years' PQE in Private Client.
  • Strong technical expertise in inheritance tax and estate planning.
  • STEP qualified or working towards STEP accreditation.
  • Experience advising high-net-worth individuals and managing complex matters.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
  • Commercially minded with excellent communication and client relationship management abilities.
