You'll play a key role in enhancing and evolving core platforms, helping to drive performance, efficiency, and large-scale transformation across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enhance and extend core business systems to improve performance, reliability, and operational efficiency
  • Develop and maintain web-based components and integrations to support automation and streamlined workflows
  • Produce clear, maintainable technical documentation
  • Provide accurate high-level and detailed estimates for development work
  • Manage multiple development tasks while maintaining quality and delivery momentum
  • Build strong knowledge of internal and external systems to support troubleshooting and continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to influence technical decisions and solution design
  • Adapt to evolving business needs with a proactive, solution-focused approach

What You'll Bring:

  • Strong experience with .NET / .NET Core (C#), ASP.NET Core, Web API, and Azure Functions
  • Experience working with Blazor
  • Solid understanding of Microsoft SQL Server, with advanced T-SQL skills
  • Ability to write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
  • Experience designing and implementing effective testing strategies
  • Familiarity with code repositories and version control
  • Strong experience optimising complex SQL queries for performance
  • Experience using profiling and performance monitoring tools
  • A strong sense of ownership and pride in delivering high-quality work
