Sellick Partnership is pleased to be working with a major developer within the construction space on a Supply Chain Compliance Manager role.
This role will lead the Compliance Team and is a pivotal leadership role within the supply chain systems function, supporting the delivery of the wider compliance strategy across construction and framework operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of 5 Supply Chain Compliance Coordinators
- Oversee onboarding and pre-qualification of all supply chain partners
- Ensure compliance with internal standards, legal, regulatory and H&S requirements
- Maintain and improve supply chain compliance systems and records
- Review and assess insurances, accreditations, RAMS and statutory documentation
- Partner with operational, SHEQ and commercial teams to ensure compliant supplier engagement
- Identify compliance risks and implement corrective actions or escalation
- Support audits, accreditations and ongoing supply chain performance reviews
About You
- Experience in construction, compliance, procurement or supply chain governance
- Proven people management and leadership capability
- Strong analytical skills and sound professional judgement
- Good understanding of construction competency frameworks and compliance requirements
- Organised, detail-focused and confident in decision-making
- Clear communicator able to influence internal and external stakeholders
The position will offer
- Base salary - £41,000 to £47,000 DoE
- £4,700 car allowance
