Supply Chain Compliance Manager

Sellick Partnership is pleased to be working with a major developer within the construction space on a Supply Chain Compliance Manager role.

This role will lead the Compliance Team and is a pivotal leadership role within the supply chain systems function, supporting the delivery of the wider compliance strategy across construction and framework operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a team of 5 Supply Chain Compliance Coordinators
  • Oversee onboarding and pre-qualification of all supply chain partners
  • Ensure compliance with internal standards, legal, regulatory and H&S requirements
  • Maintain and improve supply chain compliance systems and records
  • Review and assess insurances, accreditations, RAMS and statutory documentation
  • Partner with operational, SHEQ and commercial teams to ensure compliant supplier engagement
  • Identify compliance risks and implement corrective actions or escalation
  • Support audits, accreditations and ongoing supply chain performance reviews

About You

  • Experience in construction, compliance, procurement or supply chain governance
  • Proven people management and leadership capability
  • Strong analytical skills and sound professional judgement
  • Good understanding of construction competency frameworks and compliance requirements
  • Organised, detail-focused and confident in decision-making
  • Clear communicator able to influence internal and external stakeholders

The position will offer

  • Base salary - £41,000 to £47,000 DoE
  • £4,700 car allowance
