Sellick Partnership and Samsic Group strengthen UK recruitment presence through Gleeson acquisition

Sellick Partnership and our parent company, Samsic Group, have strengthened their UK recruitment presence following the acquisition of a majority shareholding in Gleeson Recruitment Group.

The investment forms part of Samsic RH’s UK expansion strategy and builds on Sellick Partnership’s existing presence in the market, broadening the Group’s geographical coverage and specialist recruitment expertise.

It brings together two highly complementary businesses that share a relationship-led approach, specialist professional services expertise and a commitment to exceptional client and candidate experiences.

Expanding our specialist recruitment capabilities

Founded in 2011, Gleeson Recruitment Group has built a strong reputation across Executive Search, Interim Management, Transformation and Specialist Recruitment.

The business supports clients across Accountancy & Finance, Technology, Legal, Human Resources, Marketing, Procurement & Supply Chain, Sales, Property and Life Sciences through its Pharma Partners business.

With its head office in Birmingham and four further offices across the Midlands and South of England, Gleeson Recruitment Group also operates several dedicated brands:

• GRG Executive Search, specialising in the appointment of C-suite executives and senior leadership talent
• Gleeson Futures, focused on recruitment solutions for businesses during growth phases
• Pharma Partners, dedicated to the pharmaceutical industry

Together, Gleeson Recruitment Group and Sellick Partnership create a significant UK specialist recruitment platform, offering national reach and enhanced capabilities across Executive Search, Interim Management and professional recruitment.

While Sellick Partnership and Gleeson Recruitment Group will continue to operate under their own brands and leadership teams, the investment creates opportunities to share expertise, strengthen capabilities and support continued growth across the wider Samsic Group portfolio.
