Sellick Partnership are currently recruiting for an Area Housing Manager to join one of our Poole based clients on a permanent basis

Daily duties of the Area Housing Manager:

  • Lead, manage and drive performance around rental income collection, void loss, ASB and estate standards, ensuring clear performance targets are set and monitored for all colleagues
  • Lead a team to deliver a person-centred, housing management service, resolving issues at the first point of contact and responding to and implementing customer feedback
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory housing standards and areas of compliance within the area housing and tenancy management area
  • Lead and manage the area team to achieve its goals, maximise efficiency and embed a person-centred approach in line with regulatory standards
  • Work with the Head of Housing to lead the delivery of an excellent housing management service across a diverse portfolio of general needs, supported and intensive housing management accommodation

Essential requirements of the Area Housing Manager:

  • Previous experience working within Housing Management
  • Possess knowledge of current Housing Legislation
  • Experience of leading a multi disciplined team in a housing environment (Desirable)
