Banking and Finance Lawyer

We are working on an exciting opportunity for a Banking and Finance Solicitor (minimum 3 years' PQE) to join a well-established and growing Banking and Finance team, following continued success in both the local and national market.

This is a varied and high-quality role offering exposure to complex, high-value finance work and the chance to work closely with experienced partners as part of a collaborative and ambitious team.

What you'll be doing:

• Acting for banks, financial institutions, lenders, asset-based lenders and borrowers
• Drafting and negotiating facility agreements, including LMA-based documentation
• Drafting and negotiating intercreditor and other ranking agreements
• Managing and/or supervising satisfaction of conditions precedent to enable drawdown
• Supporting corporate acquisitions, property acquisitions and development funding alongside corporate and real estate teams
• Advising a broad client base including FTSE 100 companies and international entities

About you:

• Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 3 years' PQE specialising in banking and finance
• Experience in real estate finance and/or leveraged finance
• Familiarity with LMA documentation
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organisational, analytical and logical thinking skills
• Reliable, proactive and self-motivated with good initiative
