Overview
A leading law firm is seeking a Solicitor to join its Charity & Social Enterprise team. This is a great opportunity to work on high-quality, purpose-driven matters within a supportive and collaborative environment.

The Role

  • Advising on charity governance and regulatory matters
  • Mergers, restructurings, and formations
  • Commercial contracts and partnerships
  • Supporting on Charity Commission matters and disputes

About You

  • 2-5 years' PQE as a qualified Solicitor
  • Strong drafting, research, and client management skills
  • Interest in the charity/social enterprise sector
  • Team-oriented with good communication skills
