Overview
A leading law firm is seeking a Solicitor to join its Charity & Social Enterprise team. This is a great opportunity to work on high-quality, purpose-driven matters within a supportive and collaborative environment.
The Role
- Advising on charity governance and regulatory matters
- Mergers, restructurings, and formations
- Commercial contracts and partnerships
- Supporting on Charity Commission matters and disputes
About You
- 2-5 years' PQE as a qualified Solicitor
- Strong drafting, research, and client management skills
- Interest in the charity/social enterprise sector
- Team-oriented with good communication skills
