A prestigious, nationally recognised Legal 500 firm is seeking an experienced Clinical Negligence Partner to join its highly regarded healthcare division. This is a rare opportunity to step into a leading national practice known for exceptional client relationships, complex work, and a collaborative, people-focused culture.

The Role
As a Clinical Negligence Partner, you will:
* Lead on complex, high-value clinical negligence claims for major healthcare clients, including NHS bodies and private healthcare organisations
* Play a strategic role in shaping and developing the firm's national healthcare offering
* Manage your own caseload while supervising, mentoring and supporting junior team members
* Build and maintain key client relationships, contributing to business development and practice growth
* Work within a modern, flexible, and inclusive environment that encourages innovation and continuous improvement

About You
We are looking for:
* An experienced clinical negligence specialist with partner-level experience, or an ambitious Senior Associate/Legal Director looking to step up
* Proven expertise in handling complex or high-value defendant clinical negligence cases
* Strong leadership skills, with a track record of team development and mentoring
* A commercially focused mindset with experience in client relationship management and BD initiatives
* Someone who values collaboration, integrity, and excellence
