My client, a highly regarded claimant clinical negligence firm, who are recognised on the AvMA/Bliss panel, are looking to add an experienced Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join its growing team, either at senior associate level or partner.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a firm known for its expertise in complex, high-value claims, particularly involving birth injury and neonatal cases. The team has an outstanding reputation for the quality of its work and its client-focused approach, often acting on some of the most sensitive and life-changing cases.

You'll manage your own caseload of claimant clinical negligence matters, with a focus on complex and high-value work. The caseload is likely to include birth injury, cerebral palsy, delayed diagnosis, and fatal claims, with strong support from experienced colleagues and specialists across the team.

You'll also have the opportunity to assist on particularly large or technical cases, gaining exposure to some of the most significant claims in this area.

About You:

• Qualified Solicitor/Lawyer/Legal Executive with solid experience in claimant clinical negligence
• Proven track record handling complex cases, ideally including birth injury/neonatal work
• Strong understanding of litigation processes and expert evidence
• Empathetic, client-focused approach with excellent communication skills
• A genuine interest in this area of work and supporting families through difficult circumstances
