Commercial Disputes Associate | NQ - 4 Years PQE
A Top 50 UK law firm, is looking for a high-performing, self-motivated Commercial Disputes Associate to join their established national team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work across a wide range of commercial disputes, helping clients resolve matters through High Court litigation, arbitration, tribunals, mediation, and ADR, often with an international dimension.
What you'll be doing:
- Advising on commercial contracts, shareholder, boardroom, partnership, joint venture, and sale of business disputes
- Handling asset recovery, injunctions, restrictive covenants, and confidentiality matters
- Preparing and negotiating complex, high-value settlement agreements
- Working on cross-border litigation, international arbitration, and document-heavy disclosure processes
- Supporting the development of the firm's contentious profile while growing your own personal brand
