Commercial Litigation Associate (1+ PQE)
Location: Guildford

Overview
An opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Litigation Associate to join a busy and growing disputes team. The role offers exposure to high-quality litigation and arbitration work within a supportive and collaborative environment.

The Role
You will work on a broad range of commercial dispute resolution matters, including:

  • Commercial contract disputes
  • High Court litigation and arbitration support
  • Cross-border and international disputes
  • Advising on dispute risk and resolution strategies

The role involves working closely with senior lawyers on complex matters, while also taking responsibility for managing your own caseload with appropriate support.

About You

  • 1-5 years' PQE in commercial litigation or disputes
  • Strong drafting, analytical, and research skills
  • Confident communicator with good client-facing ability
  • Commercial awareness and a practical mindset
  • Able to manage workload independently and work well in a team
  • Organised, detail-focused, and proactive
