A Legal 500-ranked law firm, following the recent opening of its new Stoke-on-Trent office, is seeking a Commercial Partner to join its growing team.

The Role

You will lead and develop the firm's commercial offering, advising clients on a wide range of commercial matters including commercial contracts, terms and conditions, outsourcing, supply agreements, and general commercial advisory work. The role offers significant autonomy, strong client contact, and the opportunity to play a key role in business development and the strategic growth of the department.

About You

  • Qualified Solicitor with significant PQE in commercial law

  • Currently operating at Partner level or a Senior Associate ready to step up

  • Strong technical expertise across a broad range of commercial matters

  • Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships

  • Commercially minded with a confident, client-focused approach
