Commercial Property Paralegal

A well-established regional law firm is seeking a Commercial Property Paralegal to join its property team.

This role provides an excellent opportunity to support fee earners on a wide range of commercial property matters while gaining hands-on experience in transactional work. You will assist with progressing files, preparing documentation and ensuring matters run smoothly from instruction to completion.

Key responsibilities:

• Assisting with commercial property transactions, including leases, acquisitions and disposals

• Preparing and reviewing legal documents and reports

• Conducting title checks and due diligence

• Liaising with clients and third parties under supervision

• Supporting file management and post-completion tasks

Key requirements:

• Previous experience as a paralegal or legal assistant, or strong interest in commercial property

• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail

• Strong communication skills and professional approach

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
