An established law firm is looking to appoint a Commercial Property Paralegal to support its Property team.

This role offers exposure to a wide range of commercial real estate matters, working alongside experienced lawyers and supporting clients across a variety of sectors. It is a good opportunity for someone seeking to build practical experience within a commercial property practice.

The Role

Duties will include:

  • Assisting with commercial property transactions from initial instruction through to completion

  • Supporting on matters including sales, purchases, leases and property finance

  • Preparing and reviewing legal documentation

  • Carrying out property searches, title checks and due diligence

  • Managing files and maintaining accurate records

  • Liaising with clients and third parties as required

  • Providing general support to the wider Property team

The Candidate

You will ideally have:

  • Previous experience in a commercial property or real estate environment

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

  • The ability to manage tasks effectively and meet deadlines

  • Clear written and verbal communication skills

  • A proactive and reliable approach to work

  • An interest in developing a career in commercial property law

  • The ability to work well as part of a team
