My client, a leading Top 40 UK law firm is looking to add an experienced Commercial Real Estate Partner to join its growing Surrey office.
This is a complimentary hire, offering the opportunity to play a central role in the continued expansion of a highly regarded real estate practice with a strong regional and national client base.
You'll advise a broad mix of clients including developers, investors, corporates and high-net-worth individuals on a wide range of commercial property matters. The work is varied and high quality, covering acquisitions and disposals, development, landlord and tenant matters, and portfolio management.
You'll also take an active role in business development, team leadership, and shaping the future direction of the practice in the region.
About You:
- An established Commercial Real Estate Partner (or ambitious Legal Director/Senior Associate ready for partnership)
- Strong technical expertise across a broad range of real estate matters
- A demonstrable track record of business development and client relationship management
- Ideally a following/network with a clear plan for business generation
- Commercially minded with a collaborative approach
