Commercial Solicitor

We are working with a respected and growing law firm seeking a Commercial Contracts Solicitor to join its expanding Commercial, IP & Technology team. This is a key strategic hire, offering the opportunity to help shape the future of the Commercial Contracts practice while supporting the wider Business Services Team. Key Responsibilities:

• Advise on a broad range of commercial contracts, including supply, distribution, agency, outsourcing, and service agreements

• Provide advice on intellectual property matters, including licensing and protection

• Advise on data protection and GDPR compliance

• Manage your own caseload independently with appropriate support

• Contribute to team development through mentoring and supervision

• Build and maintain strong client relationships

• Support business development and contribute to the growth of the practice

About You:

• Qualified Solicitor with 2-4 years' PQE (or equivalent experience)

• Experience in commercial contracts, IP, and/or data protection

• Strong drafting, negotiation, and client advisory skills

• Commercially minded, organised, and proactive

• Able to work independently and collaboratively

• Keen to grow and develop within a specialist team
