A Legal 500-ranked law firm, following the recent opening of its new Stoke-on-Trent office, is seeking a Construction Partner to join its growing team.

The Role

You will lead and develop the firm's construction practice, advising clients on a broad range of construction matters including building contracts, procurement, dispute resolution, adjudications, and risk management. The role offers substantial client contact, the opportunity to manage complex matters, and a key role in driving business development and growth within the team.

About You

  • Qualified Solicitor with significant PQE in construction law

  • Currently operating at Partner level or a Senior Associate ready to step up

  • Strong technical expertise across construction contracts, disputes, and advisory work

  • Proven track record in client development and relationship management

  • Commercially minded, confident, and client-focused approach
